The authors have aimed at presenting a study of English grammar and traditional language skills, and at the same time capturing student interest through literary extracts and creative exercises. Units focus on traditional skills such as composition, comprehension, vocabulary extension, punctuation, spelling, creative work and speech work. It also contains its own student's reference dictionary at the back of the book.
