- Information found: (Paul Archer, Architect Director. Paul Archer graduated from Liverpool University in 1991. He worked for Tom Mellor & Partners in Preston where he designed schools and hospital schemes, and Architecton in Bristol working on Listed Buildings and Housing. In 1993 he moved to Hong Kong and worked for Tonkin Design on many residential, office and restaurant projects, before returning to the UK in 1996 to become a founding director of Tonkin Architects. He has taught at Liverpool University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Greenwich University, North London University and Cardiff University.Paul Archer set up Paul Archer Design in 1999)
