This present study was conducted to shed a light on the importance of activation of irrigation during endodonic retreatment therapy and it’s effect on reduction of postoperative pain.
78 patients were selected randomly and they are divided into 3 groups according to the method of irrigation activation after root canal preparation with protaper Next.
