Abstract: AH Plus sealer had higher antibacterial effect than Bio-C sealer. The incorporation of bioactive glass nanoparticles improves the antibacterial activity of AH Plus and Bio-C sealer at different time intervals. As regard to the resin-based sealer (AH plus) with or without incoprporation of bioactive glass nanoparticles the highest antibacterial efficacy was recorded at 1 hour while the lowest antibacterial efficacy was recorded after 1 month. As regard to the bioceramic based sealer (Bio-C) with or without incoprporation of bioactive glass nanoparticles the highest antibacterial efficacy was recorded after 1 week while the lowest antibacterial efficacy was recorded after 1 month Regarding the tested root canal sealers, Bio-C with nanoparticles showed the highest push out bond strength compared to other groups followed by bio-c, AH plus with nanoparticles and the least bond strength was AH plus Regarding the sections of the roots, the apical one third showed a significantly lower values in all groups compared to both the middle and coronal thirds, while no significant differences were found between the values of the middle and coronal thirds in all groups Regarding the mode of failure, all tested groups showed significant higher percentage of cohesive failure compared to adhesive and mixed failures
