Ten patients of both sexes (4 females and 6 males) of age range from 28-49 years and presented with mandibular swelling were selected for this study. All cases were complaining of mandibular swellings, three cases at Rt side, five cases at Lt side, one case at symphyseal area and one case bilateral. Three cases had recurrent swelling and was operated 3-5years ago and seven cases had primary swelling for a period that ranged from 3 months to one year. Some cases complained of minimal or no pain, five cases had looseness of related teeth and one patient had paraesthesia of lower lip.
