N2  - AIM OF THE STUDY This study was designated to evaluate the effect of different root canal irrigation activation methods (ultrasonic irrigation or manual dynamic agitation) on postoperative pain in patients with necrotic teeth using (VAS) scale. Research hypothesis: The null hypothesis of this research is that there was no difference in postoperative pain between the different activation methods. Research question: In patients with necrotic pulp in mandibular first molar teeth, will the use of ultrasonic activated irrigation compared to manual dynamic activated irrigation as final irrigation protocol affects postoperative pain?
