Research hypothesis: The null hypothesis of this research is that there was no difference in postoperative pain between the different activation methods. Research question: In patients with necrotic pulp in mandibular first molar teeth, will the use of ultrasonic activated irrigation compared to manual dynamic activated irrigation as final irrigation protocol affects postoperative pain?
