This thesis contains an analytical study on some drugs containing Amine group. Tiotropium Bromide in presence of its degradation product and paracetamol in combination with phenylephrine HCL, salicylamide and promethazine HCL. It consists of three parts in addition to references and a summary in Arabic. Part one includes a general introduction on Amine Containing Drugs while part two and three contain literature review, descriptive experimental work for the studied drugs, results and discussion and general conclusion of each part
